- I'm Prof. of IT at Middlesex University in London. I've 30+ years in systems development, IT-related business innovations, and higher education. I'm a software engineer PhD, but these days I promote myself as a Practising Generalist: I work in many areas and aim to help people with IT in their organisations using a wide range of ideas. Recent publications cover: the representation of stakeholder value in systems development prioritization decisions, a procurement model for web services discovery, emergent KM systems development, initial thoughts on the role of Grounded Theory in agile software development.
